Junior Business Analyst
My Story
I’ve been directly involved in 7+ SAP ERP system integration and implementation projects with a strong focus on eliciting business requirements, identifying as-is processes and defining to-be process flows. I have extensive experience in documenting blueprints, functional and technical specifications. I am seasoned in end-to-end system change testing, developing training material, training business users and providing go-live support.
I am currently a Junior Business Analyst at RCL Foods with experience in both the manufacturing, production and order-to-cash/outbound FMCG environment. I’ve worked closely with clients, business users and technical teams to manage project plans, timelines, budgets whilst providing project updates on analysis constraints, issues and risks.
On a more personal note, I am a “snack-holic”; you’ll always find me snacking or reaching for my lunch bag. When I am not on the job, I am working my way through CrossFit sessions or exploring my deep love for reading.
